There are dozens of virtual event platforms to choose from and we understand that it can be confusing. However, the EBA Team has used over 80 of these platforms and can provide direction on which platforms fit your event best. We always recommend a 3+ month timeframe in order to plan successfully. Depending on the number of guests, sponsorship campaigns, speakers it could take more or less time. Our general rule of thumb is 3-6+ months.
Your VA probably has a lot on their plate with the day-to-day tasks of helping you run your business! An event has a lot of moving pieces, and requires someone living and breathing the event on a daily basis. Tasks can end up taking double (or triple) the amount of time with someone with very little to no experience.
Leave it to us to provide you with the best possible experience – because it CAN be fun!
