Hi, I’m Alecia, Founder and CEO of The Virtual Event Boss Agency, Alecia May Consulting and Eventistry by Alecia.

I’m a Certified Event Strategist and Coach with 16 years of experience in the event planning industry. As a lead expert in the field of virtual and hybrid event strategy and sponsorship, my mission is to educate entrepreneurs and event planners through disruptive education, online programs, and coaching.

I’ve always been a creative entrepreneur at heart. I started my first business at 7 years old, selling handcrafted jewelry pieces I created myself. I haven’t looked back since.

I was also an early adopter of online technology as a way to bring people together. Way back in the early days of the internet in 2001, I created an online community for women that transcended the basic chatrooms available at the time. It was called the Martini Lounge, and it’s success earned me a nomination for a prestigious Women of Distinction Award.

My children and family are the most important thing in my life because I love being a mom! My kids motivate me to achieve success while setting an ethical example for them at the same time. I’m proud to show them how to run a business with respect, high communication, and by total commitment.

I started the Virtual Event Boss Agency to host virtual and hybrid events for companies that felt that they couldn’t do it alone.
